At Imagine Crystal, we are confident that our products will exceed your expectations. In case you want to return, replace your crystal or if your order arrived damaged or defective, please contact our customer service within 72 hours at info@ImagineCrystal.com to receive a return authorization number and a label prepaid return shipping from us.

 

When you contact us and you receive your return authorization number, you have the following options:

 

  1. Replace your article for an equal exchange.

  2. Request an online store credit in the purchase price of your item, excluding shipping costs.

  3. Request a refund for your item.

 

Merchandise returned without receiving a return authorization number will be refused and / or returned to the shipper. When an item is returned, all packaging material must be included with a copy of your return authorization and a copy of your original receipt.

 

Customized return merchandise refunds are subject to a 20% customization fee. The product must be returned to us within 7 days of receiving your return label.
